E-TEN has already shown it is a company on the move this week with the announcement of the VGA and GPS capable X650 and now it's stepping up a gear…

In a sneak preview for 3GSM next month (yes, I know we've only just got CES out of the way and MacWorld hasn't yet started), the tenacious Taiwanese have given us a tantalizing teaser (too much alliteration? Got it): the 'Glofiish V900' - a potential multimedia tour de force.

Styled like an enlarged HTC Touch (which we'll forgive), the V900 marries DVB-H, DVB-T and T-DMB at a swoop ensuring mobile TV compatibility all across the globe and stuffing in a DAB radio for good measure. Has there ever been a handset to combine this lot? Not that I'm aware of, but it is certainly a very welcome time to break the mold.

Sadly E-TEN hasn't given away any further details about the V900 (in fact, the grab above is all we have to go on), but given the company's track record a Windows Mobile OS is a nailed on certainty while the mobile TV means 3G will be in there (the video calling secondary camera in the bezel also gives that away) while the missing keypad means it will be touchscreen. Given that E-TEN has also been including GPS in all its latest offerings I'll bet an unhealthy amount of money on it squashing aboard as well.

Of course we can all wait until the formal press release is issued on 11 February (3GSM opening day) to be completely sure - but where's the fun in that...?
