It may have the longest title of any gadget show in the industry, but it’s one of the best. From 4-6 November the Best of Stuff and What Hi-Fi? Sound and Vision Show 2005 is taking over London’s Novotel in Hammersmith.

As the name suggests, despite sharing the same venue, visitors will be getting two shows for the price of one. All the top companies will be there: Sony, Sky, Nokia, Philips, Sharp, Creative, iRiver, Cambridge Audio (and others such as Gizmondo) and they’ll be offering exclusive previews of some of next year’s hottest buys. Dixons is the exclusive retail partner for the show and it’ll be giving out prizes as well as putting up some special offers and show-only discounts.

High Definition is sure to be the talk of the event with Sky’s new HD box certain to draw a lot of attention and Sony’s high def, top of the line Qualia 004 projector drawing more than a few envious glances, while Sharp will be showcasing the world’s largest LCD. A number of truly radical designs are going to be there too, including the amazing Oculas.

Best of all, we’ll be giving away five pairs of tickets to our lucky readers, so check back next week when we roll out the competition and a particularly easy question… ;)

See you there my amigos.
