I think LG is getting worse as time goes on. I purchased a BX580 and it would not work straight from the store. Yes i had all the right connections, upgrades, and compatible TV. So after about 6 seperate phone calls all i got was the run around and promises of things that never came. Oh and their customer service, you should have an automation asking if you would like to speak to an American please press 5. That Arabic to English manuel was on my christmas list, but since ill be swearing off LG for life now i probably won't be needing it. Thanks again for all the help LG. I realize now what a mistake a made in buying your product.
