Yeah I wonder why they got rid of the black Macbook. I guess to push people towards the aluminum one?

@ Ohmz - The black was fast becoming a bit of a cult all by itself. I think they stuck with the white as otherwise the new Aluminium MacBooks would still have had something competing with them on looks alone, if not spec. I find it incredible that in the UK refurb store(when they have one)Apple sell a refurbished Black MacBook for over sixty pounds more than the very latest spec white model(two revisions newer), and it's always gone by the morning.
I would personally like to see them introduce a black aluminium Air with it's next revision, but it would draw too much attention away from the other models.

Notice how you can put a 500gig hard drive in the puniest MacBook, but NOT the MacBook Pros?

It's a shame they're not offering a sprayed aluminium body, similar to the iPod colours.
Personally I'd rather a black Macbook to a white one, anyway.
