The VIA C7 setup ain't half bad - it's slightly less powerful than an Intel Atom, but it makes up for that in the graphics side. Still, the price is rather high. What a pity.

Nice retro look, but not convinced by those specs! As much as I like VIA, using one as a central cpu in a laptop is a no-no for me.
Didn't HP use this cpu and it couldnt even handle youtube playback?
Anyway, long live Commodore! (Although not really the same company is it?)

Are you sure you're not thinking of the Via Nano Francesco?
To my eyes the styling on this looks more like Macbook than Retro, but then I never owned a C64.

Screw Commodore, where is my ZX Spectrum netbook? I have a box full of cassettes begging for some playtime in the 21st century.
