Indesit IWDE7125
Once the clothes are in the machine, they get brilliantly clean too. The Indesit IWDE7125 has a wash efficiency rating of A, which means it’s extremely good at getting out stains and generally keeping your clothes clean. You can also set the temperature and spin speed for different washes depending on your needs.
Building on this strong foundation, the Indesit unit plays host to an expansive set of features allowing you to personalise the wash as you go. For example, there’s a wash designed specially for jeans and other denim items that won’t affect the colour or the fabric of the wash, and a sports programme that will clean trainers up brilliantly. Adding to this, the IWDE7125 has an Express Wash & Dry option that will make sure your clothes are washed, dried and ready to put on in three quarters of an hour.
Having washed a load, the Indesit IWDE7125 will dry your clothes with the automatic sensor monitoring drying levels and keeping track of the moisture levels in the dryer to determine when the clothes are dry. Once the right levels are detected, the unit will then automatically stop drying, a feature that helps prevent energy wastage as well as ensuring you need not keeping popping back and forth to check the progress of your loads.
Whilst this is really good, the dryer itself smells quite bad and can transfer this smell to your clothes. The cycles are also pretty long and they can cause contents to come out heavily creased. As on most washer-dryers, the dryer on the Indesit IWDE7125 is its weak link.
