HP needs to improve their quality control. The last 2 HP printers (LaserJets, All-in-one) which cost me ~ $800 broke down in under 2 years and I had to throw them out. Good luck.

HP used to be known for good products, but in the last several years they have gone to the dark side. Their products are cheap, prone to sudden failure (just after the warranty runs out), and their ink is ridiculously expensive. The last printer that I tried from them won't let you print in black if any of the color cartridges has "run out". What a load of crap. It SAYS you can print in Black Only, but that is a lie. I was going to post a video to Youtube showing me lifting this printer over my head and smashing it on the concrete, and sending the pieces to HP, except they would probably try and sell it to the next customer as "slightly used". STAY AWAY from these morons, they have gone from making a decent product to being pirates and common thieves.
