Its the worse printer HP ever made. It uninstalls itself from the
network all the time and drops off my laptop all the time as well - even
when connected with USB cable. I have never printed 2 sets of documents
in a row - it has huge connection problems it seems. I give it 1 out of 5.

HP Officejet 4620 is the worst printer I have ever used. The black text will not print. HP does not offer a solution for the problem, and the customer service program will not interface with the purchaser if the product is more than one year old. My HP Officejet 4620 was 13 months old when it stopped printing black text. HP is a huge company that could easily find a fix for this common problem among HP Officejet 4620 printers, but they have not. I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER HP PRINTER.

Bought this a year ago and used occasionally for copies or print. Black ink cartridge has just stopped working after trying everything (clean print heads, replaced cartridge--shows 'full'). This printer is junk. No solution from HP. Had an Epson for years without issue, a solid printer w/quality printing. Today's printers are cheap plastic lightweight noisy rattling waste of money that suck up ink ($).

worst printer ever. order the first one, and could even start working - kept receiving "there is a problem with the printer" message. The came to replace it and brought another one - every time I try to print there is a paper jam - night mare. The wireless connection is horrible as well...

Biggest pile of crap called a printer. Used original ink and two sets of refill ink to print 40 copies.HP customer service lied to me. Still waiting for call back and replacement. I won't ever spend another dime on HP crap, and will pass word of mouth to all who will listen.

I called HP, was connected to manager who made promises and did not even think enough of me as a customer to call back or replace.

Buy from any other company and do not loose your money with HP products. This is why people don't buy products from american company's. My name, copier model number, serial number all info is on file with HP!!! Where's my call back??? Where's my replacement or my money back. My 4620 was new

Worst printer ever. Worked when it wanted to and stopped for no reason at all. One day I got a paper jam and the feed stopped working altogether. HP has a ruined reputation for putting out such inferior products.

Worst printer ever!
Very difficult to install.
Lost wireless connection and using the troubleshooting guide never managed to fix it.
Usability is a complete joke, both the dashboard and the software.
Start-up takes 40-50 seconds a sounds like a device from the 1980's.
