If you're a Hotmail user you are probably aware that Microsoft's mobile optimised site for the webmail service isn’t quite as speedy or as slick as it could be. Microsoft has taken quite a while to come up with a dedicated app for Hotmail, but now that it has finally arrived it turns out to be rather good.
Perhaps the biggest reason to download it is that it supports push email, so you're alerted as soon as a new email arrives. However, there are plenty of other useful features including the ability to sync calendars and contacts, as well as a facility for managing your various mail folders. One problem, though, is that the app is quite large, taking around 6mb of space, and you can't install it to an SD card.
The support for push mail makes this app a must have for Hotmail users.
