Is this the same as the Onkyo TX-SR876 except for the European market?

One point of clarification - this isn't a receiver in the usual sense, as it has no built-in power amplification. It is a processor / pre-amp with balanced pre-outs. So you can add a hefty chunk to the £1,500 asking price for 7 channels of power amplification.
