anyone have a view of how these might compare to some grados? I had a pair of sr80s (well, the allesandro ones) but one cone seems to have been blown. They cost the same sent from the states, both around £60.

I've owned these for a few months now and wear them daily on my subway commute. Never had the "creaking sound" the reviewer refers to. Just my 2 cents.

Just bought a pair of these cans for fun. I couldn't really hear any creaking noise while walking (not sure about running but I highly doubt anyone would want to use these as headphones for running anyway). It sounds pretty decent. I could hardly find any other over-the-ear headphones in this price range that can beat them in terms of sound quality and comfort. Overall 8/10
