Taiwanese component company Global WIN has announced that it has added to its water cooling range with the release of the ‘Starfi’, designed specifically for graphics cards. Unfortunately though, it only works with cards up to the Radon 9800XT and the GeForce FX 5950 range, so owners of the very latest generation cards will have to look elsewhere.

The Starfi is an add on for Global WIN’s ‘Jefi’ water cooling solution for processors. Together the two provide a complete water cooling solution for PCs, delivering the sonic benefit of silent running.

The patented design aims to eliminate water resistance, which can negatively affect cooling performance. The Starfi will be available during August for only £10. The Global WIN web site is at www.globalwin.com.tw.
