What is the Best Media Streamer?

Hi there i am looking for the best of the best media stream out there. one that can stream directly from pc and has a hard drive built-in to be play from with having the pc turned on. one that supports all media formats and a built in torrent of some kind, it also of course has to support Divx files. This device must also have tv channels and i can stream videos from the internet, from like youtube, Cnet Tv, CNN, NBC and most importantly have some movie renting service like Cinema Now, Amazon's movie renting service etc...

i know Popcorn Hour A-110 does most of these, but it doesnt have Wifi andno movie renting service. i just want the best for my money.
