Anyone tried or used a cowon i audio s9?

Looking for an alternative to ipod. Not really an ipod guy and i dispise itunes.

Previously had a Zune and that broke bit too easily for my liking, sandisk sansa view and that failed after about 3 months. TBH the only semi reliable mp3 player i have had was a iriver H10 which lasted a couple of years.

I like the look of the Cowon as an alternative to an ipod and it gets good reviews from the press but i am hoping for an honest consumer review?

Based upon the reviews here and elsewhere, I am about to ask for an LX3 for Christmas. The equivalent Canon and others are lovely cameras but this one wins on two counts: I can slip it in my pocket and is suits the indoor snapshot or landscape stuff that I focus on. Hi There,

I have a Panasonic NV-GS300 camcorder which I have 2 issues with that I hope someone can help on please –

--> SD Card’s don’t seem to work
--> Black & White out put only and no sound when I connect it up to my TV.

I have tried several SD cards and the camcorder just doesn’t recognise it and just comes up with a card error message. I don’t know if its because I have a newer SD card or if it just only likes maybe the old versions ?

Also the AV cable that came with the box has a yellow lead (Video) and 2 audio cables (red & white) and a black lead (out video). Tried to connect it to my TV and all I get is a black & white picture with no sound. Tried changing the settings on my TV and Camcorder, no joy at all.

I’ve checked the manual and it doesn’t really help with either of the issue. I’d just like some advice as its really frustrating because it’s a nice enough camcorder
