Unreliable product and bad customer service made this a bad buy for me
most shockingly bad service EVER, ordered a tv to be delivered for a birthday present, took day off work to wait for delivery only to be told at 7pm when I phoned customer services that the item had not been dispatched & that I would have to wait 5 working days for a refund. funny that as they had no problem when taking the money & did not even have the courtesy to contact me.
I bought a finlux 46" Internet tv 7 months ago. It hasn't lasted that many months, and was prone to suddenly switching itself off since we first got it. My problem isn't so much the fact that it's faulty as we may have simply had a bit of bad luck there. The reason I'm getting very angry is the DREADFUL customer service we're experiencing in trying to get FInlux to repair or replace. Wasted days waiting for promised delivery of a replacement/unreturned calls. Next time I'll buy from a bog standard store like Asda, who I know would have replaced immediately.
