This is a printer geared very much to its target market and the addition of inks that will improve portrait colours is a clever move. Its versatile paper handling is another distinct plus and print speeds should ensure good production levels in busy studios. It won't have the black-and-white quality of the Stylus Photo R2880, but you do get most of the other features for around £100 less.Read full review
aaaarrrggghhh Simon, you are killing me here! I have been reading the reviews for months now trying to find a new Inkjet All-in-one (with an ADF) for home/SOHO use.
They are either (1) too noisy (some of the Epson are 65db+) (2) poor quality printing (the Brothers) (3) expensive due to single colour cartridges (HP!) and/or (4) don't have the ADF (Pixma's, or if they do the photo quality is only average...).
Is it too much to ask to have a 4 cartridge All-in-one with a ADF that still delivers pretty reasonable photo prints (we don't do a lot of home photo prints, but when we do we'd like them to be reasonable!)!!!
