As an aside, this machine is also marketed at the home as the SX610FW - identical inside and out.





It's also almost identical to the BX600FW/SX600FW, but upgraded with the nice textured top, and a slightly faster print speed.

@Simon - when you say "a bit noisy"... how noisy? I can't see a dBa figure quoted?

Simon, can you tell me if it has a scan to (folder, email document) function?


The more recent HP AIO printers are absolutely crap at this. The feature is there, but 9 out of 10 doesn't work. I'm sure this has much to do with the fact that their drivers by default are about as large as an OS install for some reason. It's been so bad lately, that we're strongly advising our clients away from HP printers altogether. Brother do some good MFC printers, but this Epson is in a different price range from those.


I'll get off my soap-box now ;p


Is the Epson driver any good?
