Nice pictures. I particularly like the last and third from last. How crucial is it to have your own transport, I'm wondering? Okay, so you can join a walking club or take a minibus/coach trip but getting to such remote locations is a royal pain in the backside if you're reliant on public transport.
Just for clarity, of course you meant the sun rises in the east and sets in the west (following the counter-clockwise) rotation of the earth relative to the sun's position. Not that the sun rose in the west!

Hi Cliff, thanks for another great photography guide. I was trying to find some of your older ones on TR but the search only shows news and reviews so doesn't find them. So I was wondering if there was somewhere that they were all grouped together or an easy way to locate them (without manually wading through TR's extensive archive). Thanks in advance.
