finally we come to our prize winners for this month, all of whom are regular entrants. Our first runner-up, winning himself a £25 Photobox voucher and a 1GB PNY SD card, is Lee Myers of Hull, UK. Not only has he correctly identified my favourite whiskey, he's also taken a stunning photo of it using a four-second exposure on his Fuji S9500, waving a torch behind the bottle to produce the streak of light. It's a simple technique used to great effect with skill and imagination.

Our second runner-up is Richard Koizumi of Tokyo, Japan, with this journalistic shot of a busy noodle bar. Getting a rock-steady 0.6-second exposure with his unstabilised Nikon D70 is impressive enough, but Richard has managed to capture the bustle and atmosphere of the busy shop perfectly. You can almost smell the noodles! Richard wins a 1GB PNY CompactFlash card and a £25 voucher from Photobox.

Our first prize winner this month is this fantastic shot from Jeffrey Levy, of Arlington, Virginia, USA. All I know about this shot is that it was taken on a Nikon D200, using an f/2.8 70-200mm lens, with an exposure of 1/90th of a second. As far as I can tell it's a single photograph, not something put together in Photoshop, so I can only assume the blue "liquid" is some kind of solid plastic. It's a fantastic composition, beautifully designed and lit, and a worthy winner. Jeffrey wins himself a 2GB PNY CompactFlash card and a £50 Photobox voucher.

Many thanks to everyone who entered, and congratulations to Lee, Richard and Jeffrey. Thanks also to More2, Fujifilm, PNY and Photobox for supplying the prizes. Don't forget our March competition is currently open. Please read the competition page to learn the theme for this month and how to enter.
