Pentax Optio A30 Comments

brilliant site which I discovered only yesterday. I was ready to buy this camera on the basis of your otherwise excellent review until I saw the trees in the background of the wide angle photo of the brick building on page 6. What on earth happened there? Almost no resolution of fine detail and no tester comments either. That's one sale lost to Pentax I'm afraid.

I've had this camera for 9 month and the screen has broken twice. The first time was after just two days. The after-sales services from Pentax is terrible. Nothing is included in the guarantee. If you want a camera where you have to pay £70 in repairs every 6 months, this is for you. I'm throwing mine in the bin. Its just not worth repairing. I'll never buy Pentax again
