Have had the D80 since November 07, fantastic camera.Used with 18-135 lens.

I am shocked none have offered comment on NIKON D80...although ard 2-3 years old model
it is still one of the finest camera...it may not advanced by features but the picture quality is simply superb...i would say exact...only d40x come close but with slightly more saturated colors...IF nikon keep the picture quality unchanged and add live view and bigger lcd and movie mode at price below $1000..the model willbe unbeatable.
