Casio has introduced an underwater housing for its latest ultra-compact digital camera the Exilim EX-Z75. The bright red plastic case is designed for holiday fun rather than serious diving activities. It will completely protect your camera from dust and sand on the beach, but it’s only waterproof to a depth of three metres, so it’s OK for swimming and snorkelling, but budding Jacques Cousteaus will need something a bit tougher.

The EWC-10 underwater housing is only compatible with the EX-Z75. It will be available in the UK from May 2007 at a RRP of £99.99
