It's UK only because our Postal service is on strike for the rest of our lives. Gordon's going to have to deliver the prizes personally on foot, and he can't swim.

Now, it's excellent that you nudged us to one website that has the answer that matches the above but Samsung.com has a different answer than all three of the options!

This looks very very good, i have read about this for a while and its looking good. There is also a Samsung M1 that i have seen which looks even better.

Regulations for competitions can vary widely by country so competitions are usually restricted so companies/websites/etc. don't have to jump through hoops to abide by all the regulations. Alternatively, it may be the company supplying the prizes that has placed the limitation on this one. I do note that TR allows international winners in its monthly photography competition.

I do know how you feel - I get frustrated by TUAW and their US only competitions.
