@Alex - yes. If you look back on previous months, there have been some fantastic entries from snappers outside the UK, and some winners too.
National borders are not a barrier to snapping here ;)

can anybody tell me why i didn't recieve my Adobe Elements?
Nick Tsiatinis said on 2nd September 2009
@Iulian - When I won an elements package the other month it took a while for it to get to me. Have you dropped Cliff an email, he'd be able to chase it up for you :)

Iulian Bisca - There seem to have been a couple of problems recently with people not receiving prizes. I'm looking into that for you.

I did not received the October runner-up price (Samsung NV9 compact). Is there a common issue with the previous Samsung prizes or is it just me?
Iulian Bisca said on 3rd September 2009
Ok friends, no problem, i was just asking. I send email too Cliff too, but i didn't recieve any answer.
I was thinking that maybe it's a sending problem or something.
Everything it's ok. Thank you for your answers.

I'm Brasil, and I have followed the photo competitions for some time. Can I participate?

@Cliff - the delay in recipients receiving their prizes is not a new issue - I suspect that lessons learned from last year have not been implemented. I had the same issues as the entrants above - had to wait 8 weeks for the camera and yet another 8 weeks to receive everything. Even though I had written to you personally I still had to write to the editor to get things expedited. This being the primary reason why I stopped entering these competitons - this is hassle I could well do without.

Is there still a problem with prizes being delivered or is it just me who hasn't received last months prize?? You can't complain about something that you get for free but you can still ask.

Nope it's not just you, still waiting for my prize from the July looking up comp, and that's been 9 weeks now, have contacted editors and get an email back saying they will call the PR company again, and then another week goes by with nothing sent. it's starting to get a bit beyond a joke now.
