Some people take their Christmas celebrations more seriously than others, as this photo from Stepan Kudryashov of East Brunswick, NJ, shows. Is that really a bouncer guarding those Christmas lights?

Party poppers are an essential element of any good party, and also make a nice close-up photo, as Myra Stokes of Chesham, Bucks shows here. This is Myra's second picture to make the final selection of our competition.
