So far, so standard, but the Bosch WAE24367GB has several special features that make it worth a harder look. It’s fitted with Vario Perfect, which will find the perfect speed and energy efficiency per wash to give you the best cleaning power in the most efficient and energy saving way possible. The machine also has a 3D AquaSpa wash, which allows for faster water penetration and deeper cleaning.
The electronic control dial and touch control buttons let you easily flick between the range of wash programmes and select the wash temperature — although the machine’s safeguard monitoring system will automatically detect and adjust programme settings to make sure you get the best wash possible. It’s so easy to use that you can select the different wash options (reduced ironing option, EcoPerfect, SpeedPerfect and spin speed reduction) just by touching a button.
Handily, you can set the wash to start with up to a 24 hour delay whilst the 30cm porthole door opens 180°, making it much easier to get washing in and out of the machine. The spin speed varies from 600 to 1200 revolutions, which is honestly a bit slow for a washing machine with a 7kg drum. However, this low spin speed does make the WAE24367GB a fairly quiet machine, with it only producing 59 decibels.
Featuring an energy efficiency rating of A and a spin efficiency rating of B, the reduced requirements on your energy consumption and electricity bill will see you saving money. Other handy features include a child lock and a buzzer to indicate the end of the cycle.
The cycles are quite as long as other machines, but the display tells you exactly how long they have left and there is a speed wash that works at 40 and only lasts an hour.
