If you're going to compare benchmarks on new phones I think you should use the latest available OS versions. It's only fair.

The SunSpider and BrowserMark scores you posted for the iPhone 4 are not the current ones for iOS 5, e.g. the latest SunSpider is about 3593.

The BB Torch 9860 is the fifth smartphone I have used. It is by far the worst. I have previously had iPhones and Samsung as well as BB Bold.
The loading time is pathetic and the lack of options the OS offers is frustrating to say the least. BB tout as a business tool but they refuse to allow call recording and browsing is too technical. As a sales manager I need my phone to be fast and the calls clear. This phone fails on both counts and don't get me started on the keypad. BB have a long way to go if they wish to dominate the business phone market.
