The top-end model in the highly recognisable range the, Beats by Dre Studio headphones undergo a 2013 refresh and are pair of great-feeling, good-looking headphones that feature active noise cancellation to make them even more commute-friendly.  They don’t have the eerie silence that the Bose QC15 can produce but still do a very good job of drowning out the noise. The sound quality is always a point up for debate with Beats headphones, but with a good mix of active noise cancellation and simpler isolation they are decent alternatives to Bose’s brigade of headphones.
