The Samsung Note - part-phone, part-tablet, but surprisingly desirable and useful regardless. It has a great, 1,280 by 800 pixel screen, all the usual benefits of Android and - a real rarity - a digitizer stylus to let you take notes using Samsung's S Pen. If you have big pockets, this is a great buy.
