Battlefield 3

Read full Battlefield 3 review

Like Modern Warfare 3, Battlefield 3 is the latest and greatest in a long-running FPS series. And while its single-player experience might not be quite up to the yardstick of its biggest rival, the multiplayer side of things offers more vehicles, more weapons, more versatility and more sheer scale than anything else out there – a bit more on the PC, but it’s still very impressive on PS3 or Xbox 360. Basically, if you’re into your online shooters, buy this game now.

bit of a disappointing list if you read it like that, uncharted was as good and yet short lived as ever, only arkham city holds up. shock horror no mention of portal 2. skyward sword should be on the list, very underated at least i got a good week out of it compared to most single player versions that last 2 sittings at most.
