Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3

Read full Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 review

The latest and greatest Call of Duty (or COD) is the best yet, and for the most popular multi-platform FPS series of the last few years, that’s saying something. Its single player campaign is a giant set-piece from the best modern war movies, linear but visually awe-inspiring and filled with more action than a tech-forum debate. Multiplayer is where it really comes into its own though, and here it provides some of the best competitive and co-op gaming you’ll find.

bit of a disappointing list if you read it like that, uncharted was as good and yet short lived as ever, only arkham city holds up. shock horror no mention of portal 2. skyward sword should be on the list, very underated at least i got a good week out of it compared to most single player versions that last 2 sittings at most.
