When the original Gears came out on the Xbox 360, our jaws dropped. Showing off the full might of the awesome Unreal 3 engine, this third-person Sci-Fi action shooter was quite simply the most visually impressive game of its time. And since then things have only become prettier, with the last game in the trilogy pushing Microsoft’s console to its absolute limits. The weapons, plot and slick shoot & cover mechanics have also been refined into perfection, leaving us with one of the best reasons to own an Xbox exclusives ever made.
