Key features:

  • 24.3-megapixel Full-frame CMOS sensor
  • 3.2-inch LCD display
  • Shoots full HD video up to 30fps
Following on from the Nikon D600, the Nikon D610 keeps the same attractive design and addresses the key problems with its predecessor. It still offers a full frame 24.3-megapixel CMOS sensor and native support for Nikon’s DX lenses. The 3.2-inch LCD screen with auto-adjustment technology can adjust the brightness to that of the surrounding conditions. Crucially, the camera’s shutter system has been improved making it more reliable and helping to produce impressively detailed images with great dynamic range. The excellent image quality and usability make it a great DSLR to consider.

Price: £1,799

These round-ups are continually being updated as new models are released. There were some Sony's, but they were surpassed recently. I'm sure they'll be back in there soon.
