Nokia Lumia 620

Best cheap Windows Phone 8 phone

Key features:
  • Great design and ergonomics
  • High quality 3.8-inch 480 x 800 LCD screen
  • Windows 8 OS with access to services like Xbox Music
  • Strong overall performance
One of the most compelling arguments for Windows Phone 8 is the £150 Nokia Lumia 620. It is the best budget Windows phone, an operating system that works very well on lower-powered phones.

In fact, it’s one of the best budget phones, full stop. It’s cute, it’s well-made, it’s quick and it’s darn easy to use – without losing any of the social networking-email-app functionality that smartphones are all about. Amongst the notable specs is a 3.8-inch 480 x 800 LCD display, 1GHz dual-core Snapdragon S4 CPU, 5-megapixel camera with LED flash and 8GB of internal memory.

This marks Nokia making all-new aggressive moves to promote both Lumia and Windows Phone 8. And we love it.

Price: £150
