If you don’t have hundreds of pounds to spend, the JVC HD Everio GZ-EX515BEK at £262 offers great value for money. The sub-£300 camcorder features the same 1/5.8-inch CMOS sensor remains found inside the EX215 and is capable of shooting Full 1080p HD and standard definition video in MP4 format. The Intelligent Auto mode offers Area, Face and colour tracking to help sort out the best focus and exposure settings. There’s a 3-inch touchscreen LCD screen to review video and a single SD card slot to save data. Despite the price, the EX515BEK shows a noticeable improvement in low-lit shooting and has an impressive feature set for a surprisingly low price.

This is an excellent piece of kit. We bought one recently and took it to Italy. I use a Canon 50D for stills and my wife was using this for stills and video. The stills quality was better than I though it would and the video quality is unbelievabe.

Does anyome know of a media streamer that will partner it???? At this point I am just looking for a streamer that excels with video. If it's good for audio than that will save me buying a Sonos later.
