Best tablet for content: Apple iPad with Retina display
The key advantage of the iPad over other tablets is the extensive educational support. The App Store is packed with apps dedicated to key core subjects including History, Science, Maths. The iBooks store additionally offers a wealth of content with iCloud support so if the battery runs out on your iPad, you can pick up where you left off on another iOS devices. iWork support includes Pages for word processing, Keynote for preparing presentations and Numbers to, well, crunch numbers. If you really need to get that physical typing feeling, there’s plenty of great Bluetooth keyboards and the Logitech Keyboard Folio would be a good shout.
If you can wait a little longer though you could go for the iPad 5 set to be released in September 2013.
