The Avid name breaks into the consumer video editing market with a bang. Studio can import and edit most types of footage, and there are unlimited video and audio tracks, providing lots of creative potential. There's an extensive selection of effects, including plug-ins from Red Giant, most of which can be keyframed. There's no 3D support, and this is still a 32-bit app, but Avid Studio provides a huge amount of editing power for the money. Read full review
