Intriguing. And I'm guessing unlike a "certain other" tech manufacturer's products, as time wears on the price of these will scale down appropriately so we're not expected to pay cutting edge prices just ahead of the next gen's launch.

Will you guys be updating this review when it gets the upgrade to JB?

The Transformer Prime still has major stability issues, especially with intensive games.

Asus has had big problems resolving the issues; each update seems to improve the situation for some and worsen it for others.

The latest promised update has been MIA for some time now. On XDA we reckon Asus is probably giving up on ICS and hoping that the JB update will resolve the issues.

I'm curious whether the new member of the family has similar issues; it's pretty critical for potential customers to know that before they purchase.

I want one.

Before anyone rushes out to buy one, check out the ergonomics. The Transformers all have an odd weighting as if the screen is about to topple over. Really disconcerting if you're used to a conventional laptop.

Sorry, jack of all trades with this design if you ask me...
