Remember those stick-on tattoos that you used to be able to buy as a kid? You’d lick them and press them against your skin until the picture of Mickey Mouse or He-Man was transferred tattoo-like onto you? Well, AR Tattoos is an augmented reality version of that idea. 
It’s designed for fun, to see what you would look like if you were plastered with inappropriate tattoos, but it could conceivably be used by those serious about getting a real tattoo to see what it might look like before they commit to a particular design. The app includes lots of interesting tattoo designs that you can rotate and scale over a live image from the camera, so that they fit the particular body part you want to apply it to. Once you have it looking right you just tap the camera button to save a snap shot to your phone. That’s AR Tattoos in a nutshell.
