The Zotac offers all the features you need for a Media Centre PC but it doesn't take full advantage of the Mini ITX form factor so we recommend that you think long and hard before you decide whether it is the right candidate for your next PC build.
I Have the DG45FC with a Xeon E3110 (E8400 equivalent I think). This is powered from a 150 W PicoPSU (1U size) with an external power brick. There are other people running similar setups with 120 W versions. So it is possible, but slightly pricey, to maintain these boards in proper Mini-ITX enclosures.
