There is a serious issue with the conrols _constantly_ getting out of sync. It's been posted all over the Amazon forums - and it's evident they knew about it due to the many 'if the controller doesn't feel right' screens that you are subjected to constantly while playing the game. You can't go through one serious sword fight in the horde mode without it de-syncing. I have two controllers and both exhibit the problem - it's not a defect. It's very disappointing in an otherwise cool item. I'm not saying don't get it, but be aware any serious waving around will require you to re-sync it (which either requires pausing the game and placing the controller on a flat surface or, depending on the game, you can quickly use the up/down buttons to sync it) It borders on making it unusable.

For people who dont know this comes with Wii motion plus which is a add on that makes more presicion and 1-1 gaming.

This is a great party game. It has great graphics all well animated and one of the best for the wii. It improves on wii sports dramticalty with 12 differnt sports . 2 which were from wii sports orignal but have been enchanced. these are golf and bowling.

the other 10 are :Swordplay,wakeboarding,frisbee,archery,basketball,table tennis ,power crusing, canoeing, cycling, air sports.

Cycling has had bad reviews but to me i enjoy it and its actually quite good. The ones underlined are probley the better of the 10.

This game really shows what the wii motion plus can do. It is its first ever game from nintendo to use it and i cant wait for future games. Whether you get 1 or 2 motion plus its a great purchase. The game isnt just a great party but it shows what it can do.

You might aswell get this for futher games - grinder, red steel 2 etc.

Bad- After talking about all the goods , we have to have some bad. The single player experince is shallow because there is no online support at ALL!! Sad so by yourself is no way as satsifying as with friends and family.

basketball isnt that great, and wakeboarding is too simple for my taste.

But overall this game is very fun to play. I give it a 8.8 out of 10!!

With MotionPlus and a better all-round games selection, Wii Sports Resort deserves to be the new Wii flagship game. Other games offer more long-term depth or visual splendour, but few can consistently deliver this much fun.
