I'm not convinced about the W205. I don't mark down just because of a dearth of features, but features and price point need to match, and I think you can find a better match by shopping around.Read full review
I just upgraded from a Sony Ericsson w200, I kept it for a year and a half, and I'm happy to be done with that cheap ol' thing. However, it did serve it's purpose for a good while, it was the pocket fluff that killed the speakers/mic in the end.
Very slow. It can't keep up with the speed of texting.
Dictionary is unacceptable. I have to keep spelling the same word.
When using predict text it offers everything but what you want even simple 2 letter words which is very irritating.
Phone sound (earpiece) is very bad. Really not clear.
Music quality is awful. I don't use it because of this. It's too loud and too tinny. I say too loud on the fact that it can not be turned down to a quiet level which is needed for my Sure SE530 (in ear)and so hurt's my ear's. Games do no exist unless you download.
I think the only good thing is it's lightweight. It's a real budget phone. It feel's like I am being punished for spending little money. 20 years ago I would have been impressed.
It's OK if you need a quick cheap emergency phone but you would not want to keep it for too long unless you are broke. If you have no patience then it won't live long anyway.
