Thanks for a very tempting TV. However not so tempting when you discover the Amazon price is now 𧽧.88.
This seems a strange model designation from sony. I've got the identical looking 40v4000 and it appears to have the full 1080p and Bravia2 engine - yet was only 𧼐 (and has been cheaper still!)......perhaps we're now seeing the Sterling collapse kicking in with regards to the post christmas restocking prices.
i have the identical looking 32v4000, has everything (claimed CR of 30,000, and no d-sub).personally i've never had the pleasure of watching my favourite films on a 100hz screen, but the opening sequence of wall-e (with the large panning shots of the trash towers) is rather juddery. is that something from all non-100hz screens or is it a movie effect?
Would you say then that this tv is better than either the panasonic txp-37x10 or the th37-px80? thanks.
