Read the full Roberts RD-60 Revival DAB Radio review

The Roberts RD-60 is a bit expensive for what is essentially a very basic DAB radio but, if you like the finer things in life and value that extra touch of craftsmanship, we think it's definitely worth considering.

should have opened to expose lovely glowing valves, or nice chunky capacitors.

Not as nice looking as a Vita R2 and nowhere as versatile as an Evoke 3

will have it's niche market and style magazines

I've been put off buying after seeing several on display at a department store recently. The review states that "you just can't beat the look and feel of natural materials. They not only look great to start with but tend to age well, still looking good tens of years later." The leather on every radio on display was damaged in some way (it seems very fragile), so I doubt they'll still look good "tens of years later". Pity. I had one years ago, but that was made of much tougher stuff.

This isn´t actually a review but rather a query. I'm considering purchasing this radio for use in Chile, however, the switch from analogue to digital will not take place until October 2013. Will this radio continue to work with analogue stations in the meantime?
