Why is it that this PDF software emulate the same "rip-off the Brits" model as Adobe Acrobat? This product is 䀏 here and $99 in the US- both via downloads.

I would suggest trimming the "Value" score by some amount to reflect the rip-off

the product looks great from a functional perspective but the value is terrible:

- every time you ask Nuance a question you will be charged: $19.95 by phone and $9.95 by email (yes - by email!).

I guess they are still learning what the internet means in this day and age - they will only alienate more people with tactics like this...
