This is a great product which has helped keep my living room tidy. I have kids who used to mess around with all of our remote controls, now i just use this and put it somewhere out of reach when not in use. It's great! I bought mine from a brilliant company called broadbandstuff.co.uk , I placed an order at 3pm in the afternoon and the item was with me by 10am the next morning, I definately recommend them for their excellent customer service and quick lead time on actually getting the product.

Write-up looks good- Promotion and packing fantastic but grossly excessive and overcooked.

Just spent 8 hours trying to get it loaded and 1hour 49 mins with level 2 technician in Canada and it still won't work or register !!!!!!! Another freek !!

It would be great if you could use that touch screen as a mouse/touch pad/virtual keyboard for a PC as well. Like how you can get apps on the iPhone to turn that into a touch pad.

The only question remaining is that of value: £250 is a lot of money to spend on a remote, however good it is. But if you have a complicated hi-fi and AV setup, there's no more powerful way of controlling everything at once. It's a bit of a fiddle to get the perfect setup, but the sheer flexibility of what you can do with it and the ease with which such complex operations can be programmed in is to be highly commended.
