The built-in accelerometer is a nice and well implemented feature, but it can't make up for the fact that the i-Station 25 doesn't sound that good. While it's not bad for watching movies, listening to music is a no-no.
I'm not sure if this one is the same, but I've heard a number of the Logic3 speaker docks automatically shut off/mute if the volume they are outputting drops below a certain threshold for ~30 seconds (like quiet lulls in music tracks), and this is certainly the case with the Soundstation 3 speakers I currently have hooked up to my TV/PS3 in my bedroom (which makes listening to the TV through the speakers at
^ Oops wrong button :o. I can't remember how far I got now. I think I meant to say that it's impossible to listen to anything at slightly reduced volume (still very audible) with these (Logic3) speakers and I know many others that have had the same problem.
