A range of general test shots are shown over the next two pages. The wide-angle end of the zoom range is equivalent to 35mm, which is a bit wider than average, but the limited dynamic range has resulted in some burned-out highlights.

Taken from the same spot as the shot above, this shows the 175mm-equivalent telephoto end, and even more burned-out highlights and murky shadows.

As usual, the Kodak colour processing is superb.

This high-contrast shot looks good, but the shadows lack detail.
