A wireless printer for £50 looks like a good value proposition, and it is, although you need to take into account running costs, which at over 1p per page more than some worthy rivals casts a bit of shadow over the purchase price. Print quality is good, print speed is fair and the Deskjet D5560 is certainly an easy device to maintain, but even at entry-level pricing you should consider the total cost of ownership, not just the price on the box. About running costs...

1. How much do printers like this or iP1900 cost to print 100% photo pages?
