The P50 is absolutely useless. Their R285 was brilliant but the updated model (the P50) has been messed about with so much that it's a case of "if it aint broke, don't fix it." I've experienced problems every time I used it, and when I complained to Epson, I received little more than "shrugged shoulders." So I have now dumped it and seeking another brand that prints CDs and DVDs - which is why the R285 was so good, incidentally, and considering a Canon.

This printer won't print black & white photos. They come out with a dark navy tint to them, even when using the grey-scale.

Epson customer support complete idiots read from a script and if you use "compatible inks then don't both contacting them. Save your self time and money return the printer and get a refund and buy a cannon.
